The fitness industry as we all know is oversaturated with information and "fitness gurus" who swear by their "60 days for the best physique ever" fitness plans. The problem isn't necessarily the information or gurus as much as it is the target audience. Fitness/wellness is not a one size fits all model. You have to learn what works best for YOU and YOUR body through trial and error. I am a firm believer that if you focus on building sound fundamentals, you are able to avoid some of the early troubles and scams that usually stray away beginners. A workout/nutritional plan looks different on day 1 vs day 90. There are a lot of areas to cover but I believe in the model of breaking everything down into small manageable steps to avoid burnout. Fitness is a lifestyle, and if you want to make necessary changes that you can sustain, I recommend breaking it down.
